Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Japanese Pokémon Sourcing Vault, the buyer confirms that they reviewed and accepted the product description, disclosures, Refund Policy, and these Buyer Terms. If the buyer does not agree, they must not purchase or access the course.

2. Personal, limited license

Purchase grants one buyer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course for their own education and business evaluation. Ownership of the course, research organization, written materials, and vendor-access presentation is not transferred.

3. Prohibited conduct

The buyer may not:

- share, publish, post, sell, sublicense, transfer, leak, scrape, or distribute the vendor contact or course materials;
- give another person access to the buyer's course account;
- copy substantial portions into another course, group, directory, paid community, lead list, or digital product;
- represent the course, supplier, or Raffa as guaranteeing authenticity, inventory, delivery, sales, profit, or platform eligibility;
- misuse, harass, spam, threaten, impersonate, or deceive the vendor, Raffa, other students, marketplaces, or buyers; or
- use the information for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.

A material violation may result in suspension or termination of course access without a voluntary refund, subject to applicable law. The seller may preserve records and pursue available remedies for unauthorized disclosure or commercial exploitation.

4. Independent third parties

The vendor, Alibaba, payment processors, carriers, customs authorities, marketplaces, and resale customers are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, or controlled service providers of Raffa or the course seller. The buyer contracts with and pays those parties directly and is responsible for reviewing their terms and protections.

5. Buyer responsibility and due diligence

The buyer is solely responsible for deciding whether, what, when, and how much to order or resell. Before paying, the buyer must independently verify current product identity, language, condition, authenticity indicators, price, MOQ, inventory, shipping, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, delivery terms, marketplace eligibility, completed-sale demand, fees, and expected landed cost.

The buyer is responsible for complying with applicable laws, tax obligations, import rules, marketplace policies, intellectual-property rules, disclosure duties, and consumer-protection requirements.

6. No earnings, sales, or outcome guarantee

All product rankings, prices, market observations, sales targets, gross spreads, and examples are dated estimates or planning information. They are not promises of sales, profit, revenue, inventory, resale price, liquidity, authenticity, delivery time, or any other result. Gross spread is not net profit.

7. Authenticity and fulfillment statement

Products Raffa has received from the supplier have been authentic. This historical experience does not guarantee every future item, shipment, or vendor action. The buyer must inspect each shipment promptly, preserve communications and evidence, and use the applicable vendor and Alibaba.com Trade Assurance process for order problems.

8. Course updates and availability

The seller may correct, update, replace, reorganize, or remove outdated information, rankings, recommendations, links, or vendor details. Continued availability of a specific product, price, contact method, supplier relationship, marketplace, or course feature is not guaranteed. Material changes do not create a refund right when the purchased core educational access was delivered, except as required by law.

9. Support boundaries

Support covers reasonable questions about course content and the general ordering workflow. Raffa will try to respond quickly through Instagram DM at @raffascalps but does not guarantee an exact response time, continuous availability, one-on-one consulting, product sourcing on demand, deal review, business management, or representation in a dispute.

The buyer must address order, inventory, fulfillment, product condition, shipping, payment, refund, and dispute matters with the responsible vendor, platform, carrier, or payment provider.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The course is provided for educational and informational purposes and is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, customs, or professional business advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the course is provided as available without implied guarantees of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the course, disclosure of information by a buyer, a third-party transaction, marketplace action, import issue, or resale activity. The seller's aggregate liability relating to the course will not exceed the amount the claimant actually paid for the course. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Severability and changes

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent allowed by law. The seller may update these terms prospectively for legal, platform, security, vendor, or operational reasons. The terms shown and accepted at checkout govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
