Refund policy
1. Digital access and final-sale rule
The Japanese Pokémon Sourcing Vault is a digital educational product that provides immediate access to confidential sourcing information, including a permissioned vendor contact. Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final once access is granted.
2. No voluntary refunds for buyer-dependent or third-party outcomes
Voluntary refunds will not be provided because a buyer:
- changes their mind, does not use the course, or decides the product is no longer needed;
- expected different sales, revenue, profit, demand, resale price, or speed of sale;
- cannot obtain desired inventory, pricing, MOQ, shipping terms, payment methods, or delivery timing from the vendor;
- experiences a customs delay, duty, tax, carrier problem, marketplace restriction, account suspension, buyer return, chargeback, or other third-party event;
- disagrees with an updated product ranking or finds that market conditions changed after purchase;
- fails to read the description, disclosures, refund policy, buyer terms, or course instructions before purchasing or ordering; or
- shares, resells, republishes, distributes, or exposes protected course material or vendor information.
3. Limited exceptions
A refund may be considered only when:
- the buyer was charged more than once for the same purchase;
- the purchase was unauthorized and the claim is supported by appropriate payment-provider evidence;
- applicable law creates a non-waivable refund right; or
- a material technical problem prevents access to the purchased course and the seller cannot restore access within five business days after receiving sufficient details and a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
Restoring access, correcting the affected content, or providing an equivalent replacement is the preferred remedy for an access problem. A refund is not required when the problem is caused by the buyer's device, internet connection, forgotten login, spam filtering, unsupported software, failure to follow instructions, or a Payhip/account issue that can be corrected.
4. How to request help
Contact Raffa by Instagram DM at @raffascalps. Include the buyer name, purchase email, order date, and a clear description or screenshot of the problem. Do not send full payment-card, bank-account, or government-identification information through Instagram.
Raffa will try to respond as quickly as possible, but no exact response time is guaranteed. Buyers should contact the seller before initiating a chargeback. Unsupported chargebacks may be contested using checkout consent, access records, course-delivery records, communications, and these terms.
